From Debt To Dreams

Kicking off a new year on the right foot, January 2023 starts the year with a massive increase in net worth. A lot of the losses that happened towards the end of 2022 were cancelled out very quickly this month. My goal this year will be to close out 2023

I thought that I would be able to have a solid ending to 2022, but that wasn’t the case with the market heading in the wrong direction once again. I was able to boost my cash accounts, but it wasn’t enough to overcome the losses in my investment accounts.

November now makes the second month in a row that I am back into positive territory, which is nice to say after how poorly August and September had gone. Spending was back to normal, though cash accounts are lower as I put a majority of my spending on credit cards

October has turned things around in the end, with my finances ending the month on the positive side of things once again. Spending was a little higher this month from vacation and unfortunately repairing a leak in the house. Luckily it turned out the leak was directly where the water

The market plummet during the second half of August continued right through September, and it is looking like October will even be more of the same barring a second half turnaround. There really isn’t much positives to come out of this month, spending was a little high with vacation but
